Return Policy

1. The customer understands that every item is offered by Auto Ride Parts. is a used part that can be utilized in other cars after it was taken from an automobile that was involved in an accident.

2. By existing law, the Buyer may exercise his right to a free resolution without having to pay any compensation and without having to explain why the purchase was made. This limit is 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Product(s) were received by the Buyer.

3. The buyer must always use the right of withdrawal by sending a written request to info@autorideparts.com. The buyer may make use of Appendix I of these Terms and Conditions, the withdrawal form, or any other clear-cut statement regarding the withdrawal.

4. Only the cost of the acquired Product(s) and associated shipping fees will be awarded if the right of free resolution is exercised within the previously specified deadline. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

5. The Product(s) must be returned to Auto Ride Parts’ UK headquarters in original condition and complete packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and other materials, in the same manner that they were shipped, within 14 (fourteen) days of the above-mentioned communication number 2 being sent.

6. The burden of proving that the product(s) were returned on time rests with the buyer.

7. Should you withdraw under these terms, you shall be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid, including delivery charges (except for any expenses arising from selecting a shipment mode that deviates from the least expensive standard shipping mode we provide). within 14 days beginning on the day you notify us of your desire to withdraw. Nevertheless, Auto Ride Parts. retains the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned Product(s) are received, except in situations in which it offers to pick up the Product(s).

8. Only goods that can be returned in the same condition that the customer received them should be eligible for a refund. 10. Any product that has been altered or whose warranty and inviolability seal have been removed is not eligible for the right of withdrawal under the applicable legal requirements.

12. If the amount of manipulation used to examine the item’s state, features, and operational capabilities is beyond the amount customarily permitted in any commercial place, the consumer may be held accountable for the item’s depreciation.

13. Any potential drop in the products’ value following their delivery to Auto Ride Parts may also be the Buyer’s responsibility.
